Als Supplier Quality Engineer (w/m/d) übernehmen Sie eine zentrale Rolle in der operativen Lieferkette und sind maßgeblich für die Sicherstellung und Weiterentwicklung der Lieferantenqualität verantwortlich:

What are you going to do 

  • Sie fungieren als zentrale Schnittstelle für qualitätsrelevante Themen entlang der Supply Chain - insbesondere im Kontext von Kaufteilfehlern, Fertigung, Materialversorgung, Investitionen, Disposition und Engineering
  • Gewährleistung einer transparente und fristgerechte Kommunikation mit Lieferanten sowie internen Fachabteilungen
  • Verantwortung des Reklamationsmanagements für Kaufteile und Investitionen - von der Initiierung über die methodische Bewertung bis hin zur konsequenten Nachverfolgung von Korrekturmaßnahmen
  • Analyse der Qualitätsperformance von Lieferanten, Identifikation von Trends und Ableitung nachhaltiger Verbesserungsmaßnahmen
  • Konsequente Nachverfolgung von Maßnahmen und Überprüfung der Wirksamkeit direkt beim Lieferanten vor Ort
  • Erstellung und Optimierung von SAP-Prüfplänen, Definition des Prüfumfangs und Prüfintensität und aktive Mitwirkung an Lieferantenbewertungen sowie -entwicklungen

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Abgeschlossene Weiterbildung zum staatlich geprüften Techniker, technischen Betriebswirt oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Qualitätssicherung in einem technischen Umfeld

  • Hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten

  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (C1)
