Introduction

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors solution, including project planning, scoping, resources, and timeline management.
  • Manages the relationship with internal and third parties’ teams and acts as contact point for the workstreams on all queries and support.
  • Collaborates and communicates with all stakeholders on key activities to drive progress.
  • Follow-up and control the quality of the delivery throughout the project lifecycle
  • Work along HR, DBS, and external implementation teams
  • Although there are no subordinates, the incumbents will be working closely with the selected third-party which will implement SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Follow-up and supervise the delivery of the implementation project team.
  • Document and transfer knowledge of the implementation to SMEs (Subject Matter Experts)
  • Strong coordination with internal stakeholders and external service providers

What are you going to do 

  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
  • Communicate project status, updates, and risks to stakeholders clearly and timely.
  • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
  • Work closely with functional and technical teams to ensure the design and configuration will allow to meet business requirements.
  • Manage dependencies with other in-flight HRIS initiatives.
  • Assess the project’s impact on the existing environment and coordinate activities to smoothly transition.
  • Ensure all the data cleaning, transformation and loading activities are done according to requirements.
  • Coordinate the tests, user acceptance, cutover and delivery of the solution.
  • Follow-up the design and execution of change management to foster the new solution adoption.
  • Design and prepare the maintenance and operation plan.

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience (3 years) as a Project Manager, leading SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects.
  • Ability to syndicate stakeholders around digital issues
  • Broad understanding of HR processes, related concepts, and techniques.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Performance Management, Learning Management, Recruiting, etc.
  • Ability to document requirements in 'unambiguous' manner
  • Experience in Change Management role (influencing and embedding change)
  • Project management skills (Agile, Traditional)
  • Fluent English both spoken and written
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stake holders at all level of the organization.
