Für den Bereich Steuerungs- und Automatisierungstechnik suchen wir einen SPS-Programmierer (m/w/d), der mit technischem Know-how und Begeisterung für moderne Produktionsanlagen zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung anspruchsvoller Projekte beiträgt.

What are you going to do 

  • Entwicklung, Programmierung und Optimierung von SPS-Steuerungen für Maschinen und Anlagen
  • Erstellung und Anpassung von Automatisierungskonzepten sowie Steuerungssoftware
  • Inbetriebnahme von Maschinen und Produktionsanlagen im Werk sowie beim Kunden vor Ort
  • Durchführung von Funktions- und Integrationstests
  • Fehleranalyse, Störungsbehebung und nachhaltige Optimierung bestehender Anlagen
  • Erstellung und Pflege der technischen Dokumentation
  • Zusammenarbeit mit den Bereichen Elektrokonstruktion, Verfahrenstechnik und Projektmanagement
  • Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung von Industrie-4.0- und Digitalisierungslösungen

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Elektrotechnik, Automatisierungstechnik oder vergleichbare technische Ausbildung mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung
  • Erfahrung in der SPS-Programmierung, idealerweise mit Siemens TIA Portal, STEP 7 oder vergleichbaren Systemen
  • Kenntnisse in der Antriebstechnik, Feldbussystemen und Industriekommunikation von Vorteil
  • Erfahrungen in der Inbetriebnahme von Maschinen und Anlagen
  • Strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie grundsätzliche Reisebereitschaft für gelegentliche Inbetriebnahmen
  • Teamfähigkeit und ausgeprägte Lösungsorientierung
