What are you going to do

Sie steuern den gesamten Auftragsabwicklungsprozess und sorgen für eine reibungslose Bearbeitung vom Auftragseingang bis zur Auslieferung.
Mit Blick für Details prüfen Sie Kundenaufträge auf Vollständigkeit und Richtigkeit und nehmen bei Bedarf Kontakt zur Klärung auf.
Als Spezialist im Order Management stehen Sie im engen Austausch mit Logistik und Vertrieb, um Liefertermine sicherzustellen.
Sie erstellen und aktualisieren regelmäßig Berichte und Analysen zur Auftragslage und unterstützen so die Optimierung von Prozessen.
Engagiert kümmern Sie sich um die Pflege von Kundenstammdaten und gewährleisten damit eine korrekte Datenbasis für die Auftragsbearbeitung.
In herausfordernden Situationen koordinieren Sie Reklamationen und finden effiziente Lösungen für unsere Kunden.

Essential skills and knowledge

Kaufmännische Ausbildung/ Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
Erfahrung in der Auftragsabwicklung von Vorteil, idealerweise Kenntnisse in ERP-Systemen
Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Serviceorientierung, Kommunikationsstärke
