What are you going to do 

  • Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung des internen Risikomanagements sowie des internen Kontrollsystems (IKS)
  • Vorbereitung und Begleitung interner Audits sowie Unterstützung bei Auditmaßnahmen
  • Durchführung und Dokumentation von SOX-Kontrollen
  • Überprüfung und Sicherstellung der Einhaltung interner Prozesse, Richtlinien und Freigaberegelungen
  • Analyse und Kontrolle kaufmännischer sowie IT-bezogener Prozesse, z. B. im Berechtigungs- und Offboarding-Management
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Fachbereichen zur Identifikation und Umsetzung von Optimierungspotenzialen im Kontrollumfeld
  • Abstimmung und Kommunikation mit Wirtschaftsprüfern sowie relevanten internen Stakeholdern

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Studiengang Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Finance, Controlling, Wirtschaftsprüfung oder vergleichbarer Abschluss notwendig
  • Einschlägige Erfahrung im Bereich Risikomanagement, Internes Kontrollsystem (IKS), Compliance oder Audit erforderlich
  • Kenntnisse in SOX-Kontrollen, Governance- und Compliance-Prozessen notwendig
  • Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Wirtschaftsprüfern und Auditorganisationen von Vorteil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office-Anwendungen sowie idealerweise ERP-Systemen wünschenswert
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse notwendig
