What are you going to do 

  • Mitarbeit in agilen Softwareentwicklungsteams zur Entwicklung innovativer Funktionen für Baumaschinen
  • Entwicklung, Implementierung und Optimierung von Softwarelösungen im Embedded‑Umfeld
  • Mitwirkung bei der Definition und Weiterentwicklung von System‑ und Softwarefunktionen
  • Durchführung von Tests, Fehleranalysen und Absicherung der Softwarequalität
  • Erstellung und Pflege technischer Dokumentationen
  • Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit mit angrenzenden Fachbereichen sowie standortübergreifender Austausch

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Studiengang Mechatronik, Elektrotechnik oder Informatik oder vergleichbarer Abschluss notwendig
  • Einschlägige Erfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung erforderlich, idealerweise im Embedded‑Umfeld
  • Kenntnisse in grafischen Programmiertools, z. B. ANSYS SCADE, Python oder vergleichbare Tools sind ein Must-Have
  • Erfahrung mit Embedded‑Systemen, E/E‑Architekturen und Bussystemen wünschenswert
  • Kenntnisse in modellbasierter Entwicklung sowie sicherheitskritischer Softwareentwicklung (z. B. ISO 26262 oder IEC 61508) von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung mit modernen Entwicklungsprozessen, z. B. Requirements Engineering, Softwarearchitektur, CI/CD oder Systemtesting von Vorteil
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse notwendig
