What are you going to do 

  • Als Anforderungsmanager / Requirements Engineer sind Sie mit der Erstellung, Verwaltung und Pflege von Anforderungen auf Produkt- und Komponentenlevel betraut.

  • Hierfür überführen Sie Kundenanforderungen in Produktanforderungen und moderieren Entwicklerteams zur Ableitung von Software- und Hardware-Anforderungen in Abstimmung mit dem Projektleiter, Architekten, Entwickler und Tester.

  • Auch stellen Sie die Rückverfolgbarkeit von Requirements sicher und führen Requirements Reviews durch.

  • Darüber hinaus treiben Sie das Change-Management von bestehenden Anforderungen voran und unterstützen bei Schulungen und Coachings des Entwicklerteams.

  • Zuletzt gestalten und entwickeln Sie Methoden und Prozesse weiter.

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium mit Fachrichtung Elektrotechnik, Informatik, Mechatronik oder ähnliche Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung in der Anforderungsanalyse für verteilte Systeme
  • Kenntnisse in Anforderungsmanagementsoftware wie Azure DevOps, Jira und DOORS
  • Erfahrung mit verschiedenen Prozessmodellen: Kenntnisse im V-Modell, agilen Methoden und hybriden Prozessmodellen
  • Fähigkeit, als Teamplayer zu agieren und proaktiv zu handeln
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- (C2) und gute Englischkenntnisse (B1)
