What are you going to do 

  • Entwicklung, Anpassung und Wartung von Softwaremodulen zur Anbindung und Steuerung von Produktionsmaschinen, z. B. Laserbeschriftungsgeräte
  • Implementierung und Optimierung von Schnittstellen einschließlich OPC UA sowie Durchführung hardwarenaher Programmierung
  • Planung, Qualifizierung und Dokumentation von Software‑ und Prozessänderungen gemäß Qualitäts‑ und Produktionsanforderungen
  • Integration von Software‑ und Hardwareänderungen in Produktstrukturen, Fertigungsprozesse und Qualitäts‑/Business‑Systeme
  • Entwicklung und Pflege produktionsrelevanter Softwaremodule in Python, C/C++ und LabVIEW
  • Analyse, Fehlerbehebung und Optimierung von Maschinen‑, Kommunikations‑ und Automatisierungsprozessen im Produktionsumfeld
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion, Automatisierung, IT und Lieferanten sowie Unterstützung bei Inbetriebnahmen und Systemtests

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Studiengang Informatik, Elektrotechnik oder Automatisierungstechnik oder vergleichbarer Abschluss notwendig
  • Einschlägige Erfahrung in regulierten Industrien erforderlich, idealerweise Medizintechnik oder Automotive
  • Erfahrung in der Entwicklung, Verifizierung und Dokumentation von Software sowie Prozessabläufen sowie im Umgang mit Produktionsanlagen und Shopfloor‑Schnittstellen wünschenswert
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Python, C/C++, LabVIEW sowie in OPC UA und der hardwarenahen Programmierung notwendig
  • Kenntnisse in MES‑Systemen, bevorzugt SAP, sowie Erfahrung mit Windows‑, Linux‑ und Unix‑Systemen
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch‑ und Englischkenntnisse
