Description

  • Supervise and coordinate residential construction projects from site start through to handover
  • Manage and schedule trades, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure timely construction progress
  • Maintain high standards of build quality, safety, and compliance across all sites
  • Conduct regular site inspections and monitor construction milestones
  • Ensure builds are completed within company timeframes and budgets
  • Liaise with internal teams, contractors, and clients throughout the construction process
  • Maintain accurate site documentation and reporting through internal construction systems
  • Ensure all work complies with company standards, building codes, and WHS requirements

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Minimum of 4+ years' experience in a residential construction supervisory role
  • Proven experience in volume residential construction
  • QBCC licence and a carpentry trade qualification
  • Strong knowledge of Queensland building codes, standards, and practices
  • Local knowledge and experience within the Queensland residential construction market
  • Strong scheduling, planning, and trade management skills
  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities
  • Strong commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes and customer satisfaction
