What are you going to do

Supervise townhouse and unit developments from groundworks to completion
Run day-to-day site operations and manage all trades and subcontractors
Drive build programs, quality, and productivity
Ensure WHS compliance and maintain a safe, well-run site
Problem-solve on site and keep projects moving
Be hands-on when needed, this is not a desk-only role

Essential skills and knowledge

Proven experience supervising townhouse and unit projects
Demonstrated ability to deliver builds start to finish
Qualified carpenter background (essential)
Confident, practical, and solutions-focused
Comfortable working in a volume building environment
Not afraid to get your hands dirty and lead from the front
Strong communication and leadership skills with trades
