What are you going to do

We're seeking experienced Commercial Fit-Out Site Managers to join our team on a contract basis. With a strong pipeline of projects, we have day and night shifts available across a variety of commercial fit-out and refurbishment works.

As a site manager you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction project, ensuring they are completed to the highest standards and in compliance with all relevant regulations and safety protocols.

Effectively coordinate and supervise all on-site construction activities, including managing subcontractors and trades.
Ensure adherence to project plans, timelines, and budgets to deliver projects on time and within budget
Monitor and maintain high standards of safety, quality, and environmental compliance on-site

Essential skills and knowledge

What You'll Need to Succeed:

Valid QBCC Site Supervisor or Builder's Licence
Trade-qualified background
Proven experience in commercial construction and refurbishment
Strong ability to coordinate and manage onsite trades
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Flexibility to work day or night shifts as required
Contract lengths will vary depending on project scope
