  • Qatar Company IT Dept. provides services to approx.1500 staff located in Mesaieed plant & Doha head office.
  • RFP Purpose
  • Qatar Company is looking to establish a contract for IT Support services for the below roles for the period of five years.

What are you going to do 

  • Analyzing and reporting upon SharePoint usage and activity
  • Managing and checking the overall application health and functionality
  • Regular review of the events and messages reported in Event Viewer and Performance Monitor
  • Checking for SharePoint patches and cumulative updates
  • Providing on-going support of SharePoint systems including resolution of application systems incidents, root cause analysis of problems, impact analysis and planning of proposed system upgrades and patches
  • Development of New share point Applications.

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Each member of staff shall have a minimum of five years of experience working in an IT Service Desk environment along with technical support based on ITIL best practices guidelines in the Oil & Gas sector.
  • Familiar working experience in ITSM platform ServiceNow.
  • CONTRACTOR shall provide staff with relevant experience with the skills as listed as per their job description.
