What are you going to do 

  • Durchführung präventiver Wartungen und Instandhaltungen direkt vor Ort bei Kunden (ca. 75 % Reisetätigkeit innerhalb der Schweiz)

  • Technische Unterstützung und Beratung über die Hotline

  • Erfassung und Pflege der Serviceeinsätze im firmeneigenen CRM-System

  • Verwaltung und Betreuung des Ersatzteillagers mit SAP

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (z. B. als Techniker oder Ingenieur)

  • Erfahrung im Bereich Automatisierungstechnik, idealerweise als Servicetechniker

  • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und lösungsorientiertes Denken

  • Belastbarkeit und professionelles Auftreten in verschiedenen Kundensituationen

  • Selbstständige, verantwortungsbewusste und teamfähige Arbeitsweise

  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

  • Gute Englischkenntnisse, Französischkenntnisse von Vorteil
