What are you going to do 

Bij Brunel verbind je organisatie, leveranciers en klanten. Als Servicemanager IT beheer je contracten, bewaak je SLA's en coördineer je interne processen. Je zorgt dat kwaliteit en serviceniveau niet alleen behouden blijven, maar continu verbeteren.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Monitoren en sturen op afgesproken service levels
  • Beheren van contract- en leveranciersmanagement
  • Coördineren van interne teams en processen
  • Identificeren en implementeren van verbeteringen binnen ITSM
  • Voorzitten van de CAB

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Minimaal een hbo-diploma
  • Minimaal 3 jaar werkervaring in een soortgelijke rol
  • Ervaring met ITSM en ITIL-certificering
  • Aantoonbare ervaring met contract- en leveranciersmanagement
  • Affiniteit met Topdesk ServiceNow is een pre
