What are you going to do 

Als Senior Werkvoorbereider Industriebouw ben je de spil in de voorbereiding van industriële bouwprojecten in Noord-Nederland. Je werkt samen met opdrachtgevers en collega’s aan specialistische projecten met hoge veiligheidsstandaarden, variërend van bouwteamcontracten tot UAV-GC contracten.
Jouw taken:

  • Plannen en bewaken van de voortgang van meerdere projecten.
  • Coördineren van de LEAN engineerings-, inkoop- en uitvoeringsplanning.
  • Signaleren en oplossen van risico’s in de werkvoorbereiding.
  • Actief bijdragen aan tendertrajecten en contractmanagement.
  • Bewaken van (commerciële) belangen en klanttevredenheid.
  • Je werkt vanuit ons kantoor in Groningen en bezoekt projecten op locatie in Noord-Nederland.

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Hbo werk- en denkniveau in bouwkunde of civiele techniek.
  • Minimaal 4 jaar ervaring als werkvoorbereider in de industrie- of utiliteitsbouw.
  • Bekend met UAV en UAV-GC contracten en bouwteams.
  • Ervaring met Systems Engineering en (bij voorkeur) BIM.
