Als Talent Acquisition Consultant bij Brunel ben jij een onmisbare schakel in ons team Financial Services (Litigation & Business Advisory). Wij richten ons op ervaren juridische en financiele specialisten binnen de financiële sector. Samen met 25 sales consultants en ruim 350 specialisten bouwen we dagelijks aan de ambities van onze klanten.

What are you going to do 

Jij zorgt ervoor dat de juiste professionals voor Brunel kiezen. Je weet hen te vinden, te overtuigen én te binden. Daarbij bouw je actief aan een sterk netwerk en onderhoud je warm contact.

  • Je draagt moeiteloos de sterke naam van Brunel uit en weet professionals enthousiast te maken om zich aan te sluiten.
  • Je bouwt en onderhoudt een waardevol netwerk van specialisten binnen Financial Services.
  • Je weet precies hoe je professionals overtuigt dat Brunel de plek is om hun carrière verder uit te bouwen.
  • Je laat je niet uit het veld slaan als het even tegenzit; met jouw energie en doorzettingsvermogen ga je door tot je de perfecte match hebt gevonden.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat de beste professionals voor Brunel kiezen en onderhoudt het contact om de relatie warm te houden.
  • Je denkt commercieel, ziet kansen in de markt en weet Sales Consultants te overtuigen om met de juiste profielen klanten te benaderen.

Essential skills and knowledge

Je bent sociaal vaardig, empathisch, schakelt makkelijk tussen verschillende gesprekspartners en beschikt over een gezonde dosis doorzettingsvermogen. Daarnaast heb je:

  • Minimaal een hbo-diploma, bij voorkeur in een relevante richting.
  • Meerdere jaren ervaring als Recruiter of intercedent (senior niveau).
  • Affiniteit met de financiële sector en/of juridische profielen.
  • Een proactieve, commerciële en resultaatgerichte houding.
  • Ervaring met het opbouwen van netwerken is een pré.
