What are you going to do 

  • Entwicklung und Weiterentwicklung von Embedded-Software für moderne Navigationssysteme
  • Analyse und Umsetzung von System- und Softwareanforderungen
  • Erstellung technischer Konzepte, Softwarearchitekturen und Designs
  • Entwicklung hardwarenaher Software in C/C++
  • Integration von Treibern sowie Anbindung verschiedener Hardwarekomponenten
  • Konfiguration und Weiterentwicklung Linux-basierter Embedded-Plattformen
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Yocto-Buildsystemen, BSPs, Recipes und Build-Umgebungen
  • Entwicklung und Optimierung von Build-, Test- und CI/CD-Prozessen
  • Durchführung von Unit-, Integrations- und Systemtests
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Hardware-, FPGA- und Systementwicklungsteams

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Elektrotechnik, Informationstechnik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Embedded-Softwareentwicklung
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in C/C++ und modernen Softwareentwicklungsmethoden
  • Fundierte Erfahrung mit Linux-basierten Embedded-Systemen und Yocto
  • Kenntnisse in CMake, Device Trees sowie hardwarenaher Software- und Treiberentwicklung
  • Erfahrung mit Kommunikationsschnittstellen wie SPI, UART, I²C und Ethernet
  • Kenntnisse in CI/CD-Prozessen und automatisierten Testverfahren
  • Strukturierte, eigenständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
