Introduction

This role will lead the end-to-end proposals process, working closely with estimating, engineering, commercial and operations teams to develop competitive, high quality submissions. You'll manage multiple tenders from initial strategy through to submission and handover.

What are you going to do 

  • Lead end to end tender and proposal submissions from opportunity through to award.
  • Develop tender strategies, win themes, methodologies and submission plans.
  • Coordinate estimating, engineering, commercial and operational inputs.
  • Manage tender programmes, deadlines, reviews and submission quality.
  • Prepare and review EOIs, tenders, capability statements and presentations.
  • Work with senior management to develop commercial and strategic bid positioning.
  • Support post tender negotiations, clarifications and project handover.

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Senior proposals/bid management experience within civil infrastructure, construction or water.
  • Experience managing complex, high value tenders from start to finish.
  • Strong understanding of construction methodologies, commercial considerations and project delivery.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple internal stakeholders and drive submissions to deadline.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Water infrastructure experience highly regarded.
