What are you going to do
- Eigenständige und ganzheitliche Organisation, Leitung und Abwicklung mehrerer gewerblicher oder industrieller Projekte
- Begleitung des gesamten Projektzyklus - von der Akquise bis zum erfolgreichen Abschluss beim Kunden
- Verantwortung für Projektkoordination, technische Planung, Angebotserstellung, Kosten- und Terminmanagement sowie Überwachung und Steuerung von Nachunternehmerleistungen
- Regelmäßige und proaktive Berichterstattung an das Projektteam und die Abteilungsleitung
- Fachkundige Ansprechfunktion für Kunden, Vertragspartner, Nachunternehmer sowie interne Kolleginnen und Kollegen
Essential skills and knowledge
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Maschinenbau mit Schwerpunkt Stahlbau
- Mehr als 20 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Projektleitung im Stahlbau - inklusive fundierter Praxiserfahrung auf Baustellen
- Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; weitere Fremdsprachenkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
- Qualifikation als Schweißfachmann ist wünschenswert
