What are you going to do 

  • Lückenlose Kosten-, Termin- und Risikosteuerung der hochkomplexen Planungs- und Bauprozesse mit dem Schwerpunkt Telekommunikationstechnik (TK)
  • Erstellen fundierter Soll-Ist-Vergleiche, die Erfassung der erbrachten Leistung im Kosten- und Terminplan sowie die Ausarbeitung detaillierter Abweichungsanalysen
  • Proaktive Entwicklung von Szenarien und wirksamen Gegensteuerungsmaßnahmen bei einer drohenden Zielgefährdung
  • Strategische Beratung der Projektleitung sowie die souveräne Koordination der internen und externen Projektbeteiligten
  • Kontinuierliche Kontrolle der wirtschaftlichen und terminlichen Projektziele zur Sicherung einer erfolgreichen Einhaltung des Projektrahmens

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Bauingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Elektrotechnik (mit Schwerpunkt TK/Infrastruktur) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation notwendig
  • Erfahrung in der Projektsteuerung, dem Projektcontrolling oder der Bauleitung von komplexen Infrastruktur- oder Großprojekten erforderlich
  • Verständnis für Termin- und Kostenplanungssysteme sowie ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten zur Erstellung von Abweichungsanalysen von Vorteil
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse notwendig
