What are you going to do

I'm working exclusively with a well‑regarded builder in South Australia to secure a Senior Project Manager to join their Adelaide team. This is a business known for its strong culture, long staff tenure and genuine commitment to work/life balance - think flexible arrangements, shorter working weeks and performance bonuses.

You'll step into a key leadership role, delivering major projects valued $70M+ across sectors including education, retail, hospitality and aged care.

Relocation package is on offer for the right candidate. This isn't a FIFO role.

  • Competitive salary package ($180k - $220k + super + bonuses)
  • Relocation assistance available (if required)
  • Strong pipeline of landmark SA projects
  • Flexible working and a genuine focus on balance
  • Supportive leadership team with excellent staff retention
  • Opportunity to influence and mentor the next generation of PMs

The role

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex $70M+ projects
  • Oversee programme, budget, risk and stakeholder management
  • Drive strong client relationships and project outcomes
  • Mentor and develop Project Managers and site teams
  • Work closely with internal leadership on strategy and delivery
  • Proven experience delivering large-scale commercial projects ($70M+)
  • Background across sectors like education, retail, hospitality or aged care
  • Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach to delivery
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive outcomes
  • A team-first mindset with a passion for mentoring others

This is a standout opportunity for a Senior PM who wants influence, flexibility, and high-quality projects-without the burnout culture.
