What are you going to do 

Responsibilities:

  • Typical project management activities such as risk management, HSSE management, MOC processes, project reporting, opportunity manager;
  • Drive HSSE performance throughout project scope;
  • Manage a matrix team to achieve objectives;
  • Contract Holder for principle contracts;
  • Coordinate readiness activities ahead of campaign;
  • Coordinate assurance activities throughout project as well as readiness assurance;
  • Manage execution of offshore scope of activity.

Essential skills and knowledge

You are Right for This Role if:

  • Relevant degree such as Mechanical or Subsea Engineering ;
  • 10-15 year’s experience;
  • Demonstrated frontline HSSE management experience;
  • Strong proven history in HSSE leadership;;
  • Experience working in Brownfield environments;
  • Experience managing subsea contracts and execution;
  • Experience in developing safety culture in the supply chain.
