Introduction

As Project Engineer/Senior Project Engineer, you will support the delivery of major energy projects, coordinating multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, efficient execution. This role focuses on project delivery and is ideal for candidates with experience in marine, offshore fabrication, shipyard, or similar environments.

What are you going to do 

  • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of project activities throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with project managers and key stakeholders.
  • Coordinate activities across engineering, procurement, construction, contractors, suppliers, and other project disciplines.
  • Manage project interfaces and maintain effective communication between project teams.
  • Support delivery management, package management, and change management activities.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and assist with corrective actions to achieve project milestones.
  • Review technical documentation, specifications, reports, and project deliverables.
  • Support technical evaluations, feasibility studies, and project risk assessments.
  • Ensure compliance with project requirements, industry standards, safety regulations, and company procedures.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, suppliers, and third parties to maintain effective project collaboration.
  • Provide coordination and guidance to project teams throughout project execution.

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience as a Project Engineer within a Project Management environment.
  • Previous experience within the Oil & Gas industry.
  • Experience working within marine, offshore fabrication, shipyard, offshore construction, or similar project environments.
