Als Senior Jurist Rechtsbijstand ben je verantwoordelijk voor de behandeling van complexe dossiers, het adviseren van klanten en het coachen van collega's. Je fungeert als inhoudelijk sparringpartner binnen de organisatie en draagt actief bij aan de verdere ontwikkeling van de juridische dienstverlening.

What are you going to do 

Als Senior Jurist Rechtsbijstand:

  • Behandel je complexe en specialistische juridische dossiers;
  • Adviseer je klanten op strategisch en juridisch niveau;
  • Vertegenwoordig je cliënten in bezwaar- en beroepsprocedures waar nodig;
  • Stel je juridische documenten, processtukken en adviezen op;
  • Onderhandel je met externe partijen, advocaten en instanties;
  • Coach en begeleid je junior en medior juristen;
  • Draag je bij aan kwaliteitsbewaking, kennisontwikkeling en procesoptimalisatie;
  • Signaleer je juridische ontwikkelingen en vertaal je deze naar de praktijk;
  • Denk je actief mee over beleid, dienstverlening en teamontwikkeling.

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Een afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding Rechten;
  • Minimaal 5 jaar relevante werkervaring binnen rechtsbijstand of juridische dienstverlening;
  • Ruime ervaring met zelfstandig dossierbeheer en complexe juridische vraagstukken;
  • Sterke analytische, communicatieve en adviesvaardigheden;
  • Ervaring met coaching en kennisdeling binnen teams;
