What are you going to do 

Responsibilities:

  • As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will design and engineer solutions that meet the highest standards of safety, reliability, and sustainability.
  • You will select methods and procedures, optimise designs within specifications, and ensure compliance with international codes and industry standards.
  • Your role includes proactive planning, delivering activities within budget and schedule, and managing system interfaces. Coordination with vendors, subcontractors, and third parties is essential, along with applying lessons learnt and understanding change impacts.
  • You may lead engineers, act as Discipline Lead, or take technical responsibility as a Package Engineer for design, procurement, and manufacturing.

Essential skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Engineer Diploma in a relevant electrical discipline
  • 5 to 10 years' experience in the Oil & Gas industry
  • Proficient with engineering design and calculation tools
  • Expertise in concept development, detailed design, and systems engineering
  • Experience in package engineering and manufacturing
  • Strong understanding of reliability, operability, and safety principles
  • Site engineering and electrical analysis capabilities
  • Excellent planning and coordination skills
  • Ability to lead teams and manage technical scopes effectively
