What are you going to do 

  • Bauüberwachung von Tiefbau- und Breitbandausbauprojekten inklusive regelmäßiger Baustellenbegehungen und Qualitätskontrollen
  • Kontrolle der Verkehrssicherung nach RSA 21 und ZTV-SA, einschließlich Prüfung von Verkehrszeichenplänen und Sicherungsmaßnahmen
  • Dokumentation und Reporting von Mängeln, Abweichungen, Risiken sowie Erstellung von Baustellenberichten, Protokollen und Statusmeldungen
  • Koordination und Kommunikation mit Bauunternehmen, Kommunen, Straßenbaulastträgern und weiteren Projektbeteiligten sowie Unterstützung bei Abnahmen und Inbetriebnahmen
  • Einhaltung von HSE-/Arbeitsschutzvorgaben und Qualitätsstandards

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Studiengang Versorgungstechnik, Elektrotechnik, Architektur, Internationales Bauingenieurwesen, Bau und Immobilienmanagement, Bauphysik oder vergleichbarer Abschluss notwendig
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Tiefbau / Breitbandbau erforderlich
  • Erfahrung in der Beurteilung von Oberflächenwiederherstellungen von Vorteil
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse der ZTV-SA sowie RSA 21 wünschenswert
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Kabeltiefbau, Breitbandprojekten und GIS-Dokumentation wünschenswert
  • Bereitschaft für hohe Baustellenpräsenz ist ein Must-have
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse notwendig
