Für ein spannendes Kundenprojekt bei einem Energiekonzern suchen wir Sie als erfahrenen Senior Requirement Engineer (w/m/d) zur Weiterentwicklung einer zentralen Energy App Plattform. In dieser Schlüsselrolle begleiten Sie den gesamten Entwicklungsprozess - von der Anforderungsaufnahme bis hin zur Umsetzung und zum Go-Live.

Die Tätigkeit kann hauptsächlich remote ausgeübt werden, mit ca. 10% Präsenz in Stuttgart.

What are you going to do 

  • Ganzheitliche E2E-Verantwortung für Anforderungen im App-Umfeld

  • Brücke zwischen Business und IT sowie Sicherstellung eines gemeinsamen Verständnisses über Domänen hinweg

  • Übersetzung fachlicher Anforderungen in technische Konzepte

  • Durchführung von Anforderungsanalysen und Moderation von Workshops

  • Enge Abstimmung mit Stakeholdern (Feature Teams, CX, UX, Architektur, Entwicklung, Testing, Content)

  • Erstellung strukturierter Anforderungen (z. B. Features, User Stories, Wiki-Dokumentation)

  • Bewertung von Auswirkungen auf Plattformen, Domänen und angebundene Systeme

  • Sicherstellung von Wiederverwendbarkeit und Skalierbarkeit von Lösungen

  • Sparring mit Architekten und Entwicklern auf Augenhöhe

  • Begleitung von Umsetzung, Testing und Abnahme

  • Mitgestaltung der Transformation hin zu plattformorientierten Organisationsstrukturen

  • Einsatz moderner AI-Methoden zur Effizienzsteigerung im Requirements Engineering

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Senior Requirements Engineer im App-Umfeld

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder vergleichbar

  • Idealerweise RE-Zertifizierung (z. B. IREB)

  • Ausgeprägte Fähigkeiten im Stakeholdermanagement und in der Moderation

  • Sehr gutes technisches Verständnis (inkl. APIs und eventgetriebene Architekturen)

  • Erfahrung mit agilen Methoden (Scrum/Kanban)

  • Erste praktische Erfahrung mit AI im Softwareentwicklungsprozess

  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (englischsprachige Teamsprache)
