What are you going to do 

Als Scrum Master speel je een sleutelrol in het begeleiden en versterken van Agile teams binnen complexe IT-omgevingen.


Afhankelijk van je opdracht houd je je bezig met:

  • Faciliteren van Scrum-events (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Review en Retrospective);
  • Coachen van teams, Product Owners en stakeholders in Agile en Scrum;
  • Stimuleren van zelforganisatie, eigenaarschap en continu verbeteren;
  • Signaleren en wegnemen van impediments;
  • Verbeteren van teamflow, voorspelbaarheid en waardelevering;
  • Versterken van samenwerking binnen teams en met de organisatie;
  • Bijdragen aan Agile transformaties en schaalinitiatieven (bijv. SAFe);
  • Inzetten van metrics en inzichten om teams continu te verbeteren.

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Hbo werk- en denkniveau;
  • Meerdere jaren aantoonbare ervaring als Scrum Master (bij voorkeur 3-5+ jaar);
  • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal (C1-niveau);
  • Scrum-certificering (PSM I / PSM II / CSM);
  • Ervaring met SAFe, Less of andere scaled Agile frameworks;
  • Certificeringen zoals SAFe, Prince2, IPMA of PMP.
