What are you going to do 

  • Begleitung und Coaching von bis zu zwei agilen Teams im SAFe-Umfeld
  • Moderation aller Scrum-Events (Daily, Sprint Planning, Review, Retrospektive)
  • Moderation von Backlog Refinements sowie SAFe-Zeremonien (SM Sync, PI Planning)
  • Unterstützung der Teams bei Selbstorganisation und kontinuierlicher Verbesserung
  • Beseitigung und Eskalation von Impediments zur Sicherstellung maximaler Teamperformance
  • Sicherstellung der konsequenten Anwendung agiler Prinzipien und Methoden
  • Aktive Mitarbeit und Unterstützung während der PI Planung in enger Abstimmung mit dem Release Train Engineer und anderen Scrum Mastern
  • Coaching von Teams hinsichtlich Team Flow und effizienter Arbeitsweise (z. B. Kanban/ Scrum)
  • Förderung einer kollaborativen, vertrauensvollen und leistungsorientierten Teamkultur
  • Unterstützung der Integration von Hardware- und Softwareentwicklung in einem gemeinsamen Wertstrom

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Zertifizierung als Scrum Master (zwingend erforderlich)
  • SAFe-Zertifizierung zwingend erforderlich
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im skalierten agilen Umfeld
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Scrum Master in Deutschland
  • Erfahrung in der Arbeit innerhalb von Agile Release Trains (ARTs)
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Deutschkenntnisse sowie Mandarin sind von Vorteil
  • Bereitschaft zu einer Vor-Ort-Präsenz von ca. 80 % in Berlin
  • Ein akademischer Abschluss ist von Vorteil
