Für unseren Kunden im Großraum Duisburg suchen wir einen Schmelzschweißer (w/m/d).

What are you going to do 

  • Aktives Schweißen von Gussteilen MAG (135-136) und Elektrode Schweißen (111)
  • Konstruktions- und Reparaturschweißen von Gussteile
  • Öffnung der Schweißstelle mit Kohleelektrode (Fugen)
  • Schweißen mit P91 und P92 in verschiedenen Positionen und Nahtausführung
  • Sicherstellung der notwendigen Bauteiltemperatur beim Schweißen nach Vorgabe des Schweißfolgeplans, der Arbeitspläne sowie der Vorgaben der Vorgesetzten und Schweißaufsichtspersonen

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Langjährige Berufserfahrung im praktischen Schweißen in den Verfahren E-Hand und MAG

  • (136) Werkstoffgruppe FM3 für warmfeste Stähle
  • (135) Werkstoffgruppe FM4 für warmfeste Stähle
  • Gültige Schweißscheine
  • Kranschein von Vorteil
  • Ausreichende Deutschkenntnisse in Word und Schrift
  • Selbstständige Arbeitsweise, Motivation und Teamfähigkeit
