What are you going to do 

Als Schadebehandelaar Particulier werk je aan verschillende schade dossiers. Je beoordeelt meldingen, onderzoekt de situatie en geeft klanten inzicht in de vervolgstappen. Je werkt gestructureerd, schakelt snel en zet jouw empathie in om klanten goed te begeleiden. Toonaangevende verzekeraars zoals Achmea en a.s.r. rekenen op jouw zorgvuldigheid en duidelijke communicatie.

  • Behandelen van telefonische schademeldingen en beantwoorden van klantvragen.
  • Schades digitaal beoordelen en dossiers compleet maken.
  • Uitvoeren van volledige schade-intakes op basis van polis en situatie.
  • Betrokkenen informeren over de voortgang en uitkomst van het dossier.

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Minimaal mbo-4 werk- en denkniveau.
  • Ervaring of interesse in schadebehandeling binnen particuliere producten.
  • Wft Basis en Wft Schade Particulier (of de motivatie om deze snel via Brunel te behalen).
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en gevoel voor structuur.
  • Bereidheid om te detacheren bij opdrachtgevers binnen de financiële dienstverlening.
  • Pré: ervaring met Auto, Reis, Brand of Aansprakelijkheidsschades.

  • Een salaris tot 4.000 euro bruto per maand, afhankelijk van je ervaring.
  • Een werkweek van 32 tot 40 uur.
  • 26 vakantiedagen op basis van 40 uur.
