What are you going to do 

  • Sie wirken bei Systemkonsolidierungen sowie bei Migrationen auf SAP S/4HANA mit.
  • Im Bereich SAP-HR Zeitwirtschaft übernehmen Sie sowohl Projekt- als auch Supportaufgaben.
  • Dabei konfigurieren und passen Sie Schemen und Regeln in PT sowie in ESS/MSS an.
  • Zudem analysieren Sie bestehende HR-Prozesse und leiten Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten ab.
  • Abschließend erstellen Sie die erforderliche Dokumentation, bearbeiten Störungen und unterstützen die internen HR-Bereiche.

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Studium in Mathematik, Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in SAP-HR Zeitwirtschaft (Schemen und Regeln)
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten, selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Eigenmotivation, Eigeninitiative und Kommunikationsstärke
