What are you going to do 

  • Bearbeitung und Prüfung ausgesteuerter Rechnungen sowie Einleitung geeigneter Folgemaßnahmen
  • Überwachung offener Forderungen, Zahlungsfristen und Ratenzahlungsvereinbarungen
  • Telefonische und schriftliche Klärung von Zahlungsrückständen mit Kunden
  • Abstimmung von Kundenkonten, Klärung von Differenzen und Pflege der Forderungsdaten im Abrechnungssystem
  • Kommunikation mit Inkassodienstleistern sowie Zusammenarbeit mit Vertrieb und Buchhaltung
  • Erstellung von Auswertungen, Reportings und Statistiken zu offenen Forderungen

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (z. B. Kaufmann/-frau für Büromanagement, Industriekaufmann/-frau)
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Zahlenaffinität sowie ein gutes Verständnis für kaufmännische Zusammenhänge
