What are you going to do 

As a Recruiter at Brunel International in Port Moresby, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes across various sectors. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, source and attract top talent, conduct interviews, and facilitate successful placements. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining Brunel's reputation for excellence in recruitment services, ensuring a seamless candidate experience from application to onboarding.

Essential skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist, preferably within the Papua New Guinea
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws in Papua New Guinea
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all organisational levels
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
  • Strong negotiation and decision-making skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a global team
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, or a related field are desirable
