Introduction

Brunel is seeking an experienced Offshore Radio Operator to join a short-term project supporting one of our clients, a key player in the oil and gas industry, offshore in Guyana.

Contract Period: 21 August - 18 September

What are you going to do 

The successful contractor will be responsible for supporting offshore communication activities while ensuring compliance with operational, safety, and emergency communication procedures throughout the assignment.

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Valid Offshore Radio Operator Licence (IATA)
  • BOSIET with EBS or T-BOSIET
  • Offshore Meteorological Observer Training
  • STCW GMDSS - General Operator Certificate
  • Valid Offshore Medical Certificate (OGUK/OEUK)
  • Valid Drug & Alcohol Certificate for offshore operations
  • Previous experience as an Offshore Radio Operator
  • Availability to work during the full contract period (21 August - 18 September)
  • All mandatory certifications valid and up to date
