  • Team Leadership: Morning Quality Meetings and Follow-up Reporting Management; Continuous Improvement; Overview of claims status
  • Creating Quality Alerts, Creating Work Instructions
  • Root causes analysis
  • Internal/External audit preparation and participation
  • Partially internally quality process optimizing

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Proven experience as a Customer Quality Engineer/ Manager or similar (3+years)
  • Expert knowledge of: IATF, APQP, PPAP, 8D, a3 report, PFMEA, Formel q, etc.
  • Dynamic person with high resistance to stress situations
  • Highly focused, target oriented person to achieve results in critical environment
  • Czech, English or German written and spoken
