What are you going to do 

  • Sicherstellung der Qualitätsanforderungen in Kunden-, Entwicklungs- und Serienprojekten
  • Verantwortung für die qualitätsbezogene Kommunikation mit Kunden und internen Stakeholdern
  • Umsetzung und Überwachung qualitätsrelevanter Anforderungen im Produktentstehungsprozess
  • Bearbeitung von Kundenreklamationen sowie Moderation und Nachverfolgung von 8D-Prozessen
  • Planung, Steuerung und Dokumentation von Qualitätsmaßnahmen innerhalb laufender Projekte
  • Durchführung von Ursachenanalysen sowie Definition und Verfolgung nachhaltiger Korrekturmaßnahmen
  • Überwachung von Projektmeilensteinen und qualitätsrelevanten Kennzahlen
  • Planung und Durchführung von Produkt- und Prozessabnahmen (FAT/FAI)
  • Erstellung von Qualitätsreports sowie Analyse der Produktqualität im Feld
  • Unterstützung bei Audits sowie Begleitung von Kunden- und Lieferantenaudits
  • Erstellung und Umsetzung von kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsmaßnahmen (KVP)
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Projektmanagement, Produktion, Engineering und Einkauf

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik, Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik, des Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement, Projektmanagement, Engineering oder Produktionsumfeld
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse der Qualitätsnormen und -standards, insbesondere ISO 9001 und idealerweise EN 9100
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Qualitätsmethoden wie APQP, FMEA, 8D, 5-Why und Root Cause Analysis
  • Gute Kenntnisse in SAP und den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Strukturierte, analytische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit sowie sicheres Auftreten gegenüber Kunden
