What are you going to do 

  • Ganzheitliche Qualitätsplanung entlang des gesamten Produktentstehungsprozesses - von der Prozessentwicklung bis zur Serienfertigung

  • Erstellung von 3D-Messprogrammen für komplexe Bauteile (Hexagon, taktil & optisch)

  • Durchführung von Vermessungen mit Laser, Profilprojektor, 3D-Messmaschinen, Messschieber etc.

  • Auswertung und Dokumentation von Messdaten sowie Pflege und Betreuung der CAQ-Software

  • Verantwortung für Messtechnik: Wartung, Kalibrierung, Schulung von Mitarbeitern, Schnittstellenmanagement

  • Erstbemusterung nach VDA und PPAP sowie Pflege von IMDS-Daten

  • Erstellung und Pflege von Kontroll-, Prüf- und Prüfanweisungen

  • Mitarbeit in FMEA-Prozessen und bei der Prüf- & Kontrollplanerstellung

  • Bearbeitung von Reklamationen und Koordination von Korrekturmaßnahmen

  • Überwachung der Kundenzufriedenheit, Einhaltung von Normen und kontinuierliche Verbesserung

Vertretungsaufgaben:

  • Wareneingangs- und Warenausgangsprüfung

  • Prüfmittelüberwachung

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Produktionstechnik, Qualitätsmanagement o. Ä.

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Qualitätsplanung, vorzugsweise in der Metallverarbeitung oder Automobilzulieferindustrie

  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Messtechnik (taktil & optisch) sowie Erfahrung mit CAQ-Systemen

  • Sichere Anwendung von VDA-, PPAP- und FMEA-Methoden sowie IMDS-Kenntnisse

  • Analytische, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

  • Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
