What are you going to do 

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Planung, Durchführung und Dokumentation von manuellen und automatisierten Softwaretests
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Qualitätssicherungsprozessen und internen QA-Richtlinien
  • Analyse von Fehlern und Entwicklung geeigneter Lösungen in enger Abstimmung mit dem Entwicklungsteam
  • Erstellung von Testplänen, Testszenarien und Testfällen
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung relevanter Qualitätsstandards und Best Practices (z. B. ISO 9001, Agile QA-Prozesse)
  • Regelmäßige Erstellung und Präsentation von Qualitätskennzahlen und Statusberichten für das Management
  • Schulung und Coaching von Teammitgliedern im Umgang mit QA-Methoden und -Tools

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik, Softwaretechnik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation und bringen mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Qualitätssicherung von Softwareprodukten mit.
  • Sie kennen sich mit Testautomatisierungstools und Fehler-Tracking-Systemen aus und haben Erfahrung in agilen Entwicklungsumgebungen wie Scrum oder Kanban.
  • Ihre Arbeitsweise ist analytisch, strukturiert und detailorientiert.
  • Zudem überzeugen Sie durch starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, Teamgeist und sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
