Für unseren Kunden aus dem sicherheits- und luftfahrttechnischen Umfeld suchen wir mehrere Produktionsqualitätsmanager (w/m/d) am Standort Ulm.

What are you going to do 

  • Eigenverantwortliche Mitarbeit in Projektteams mit Schwerpunkt Produktionsqualität und Qualitätssicherung
  • Sicherstellung der Produktqualität und Produktkonformität gemäß technischen Zeichnungen, Spezifikationen und Kundenvorgaben
  • Planung, Durchführung und Dokumentation von Freigaben sowie Erstellung erforderlicher Konformitäts- und Qualitätsnachweise
  • Einführung, Anwendung und Überwachung von Qualitätsmethoden wie FMEA, Audits, FAI, Produktqualifizierungen und 8D-Analysen
  • Analyse von Qualitätsabweichungen, Steuerung von Fehlermeldungen sowie Entwicklung und Umsetzung nachhaltiger Korrekturmaßnahmen
  • Betreuung und Freigabe von Fertigungsprozessen sowie Unterstützung bei der Qualifizierung neuer Produktionsverfahren
  • Beratung und Unterstützung von Produktion, Projektleitung und Lieferkette bei qualitätsrelevanten Fragestellungen
  • Erstellung, Auswertung und Berichterstattung von Qualitätskennzahlen sowie Ableitung von Optimierungsmaßnahmen
  • Mitwirkung bei internen und externen Audits, Kundenabnahmen, Reviews und Inspektionen
  • Ansprechpartner (w/m/d) für qualitätsrelevante Themen gegenüber internen Schnittstellen sowie der Qualitätskontrollbehörde der Bundeswehr (ZtQ)

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Fach Elektrotechnik, Nachrichtentechnik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Fertigung elektronischer Baugruppen, idealerweise in der Luftfahrtbranche
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse (C1) sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Bereitschaft zu Dienstreisen
