Für ein anspruchsvolles Projekt im Bereich DC-Kabelinfrastruktur suchen wir Dich zur Unterstützung im Qualitätsmanagement.

What are you going to do 

  • Entwicklung von Qualitätsmanagementanforderungen im Rahmen von Ausschreibungen
  • Etablierung und Weiterentwicklung von Qualitätsprozessen und Qualitätssicherungsmaßnahmen in DC-Kabelprojekten
  • Zentrale Koordination von Qualitätsthemen und Qualitätssicherungsprozessen innerhalb der Kabelprojekte
  • Prüfung von Zertifikaten und Qualifikationen von Auftragnehmern und Subunternehmern, ggf. Durchführung von Audits vor Ort
  • Analyse, Bewertung und Kommentierung von qualitätsrelevanten Dokumenten der Auftragnehmer
  • Teilnahme an technischen und prozessbezogenen Klärungen mit Projektbeteiligten
  • Entwicklung und Implementierung eines projektspezifischen Qualitätsmanagementsystems
  • Planung und Durchführung von Startgesprächen für Kabelfertigung und Kabelinstallation
  • Ausstellung von Fertigungs-, Installations- und Lieferantenfreigaben in Abstimmung mit den Projektteams
  • Organisation und Begleitung der Fertigungs- und Installationsüberwachung
  • Steuerung und Koordination von Qualitätsinspektoren (intern und extern)
  • Erstellung von Qualitätsmanagementplänen, Master-Test-Plänen und Abweichungsberichten (NCR)

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium im Ingenieurwesen oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement komplexer technischer Projekte, idealerweise im Bereich Kabel- oder Infrastrukturprojekte
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Konfliktmanagementfähigkeiten

Von Vorteil

  • Erfahrung mit EPCI-Verträgen
  • Erfahrung in internationalen Projekten und interkultureller Zusammenarbeit
  • Souveräner Umgang mit komplexen Projektsituationen und Zeitdruck
  • Bereitschaft zu Reisen zu Projektbaustellen oder Fertigungsstätten in Europa
