What are you going to do 

  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung definierter Qualitätsanforderungen bei der Entwicklung und Fertigung technischer Verteidigungssysteme

  • Planung und Durchführung von Qualitätsprüfungen sowie Begleitung interner und externer Audits

  • Analyse von Qualitätsabweichungen und Einleitung geeigneter Korrektur und Präventionsmaßnahmen

  • Erstellung und Pflege qualitätsrelevanter Dokumentationen, Prüfberichte und Nachweise

  • Unterstützung bei der Qualifizierung von Lieferanten und Bewertung von Fertigungsprozessen

  • Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklung, Produktion und Projektmanagement zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Produktqualität

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Elektrotechnik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

  • Berufserfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement oder in der Qualitätssicherung eines produzierenden Unternehmens

  • Kenntnisse relevanter Qualitätsstandards wie ISO 9001, EN 9100 oder AQAP von Vorteil

  • Erfahrung mit Qualitätsmethoden wie FMEA, 8D Reporting und Ursachenanalysen

  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und idealerweise SAP

  • Gute Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse

  • Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein sowie eine strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
