What are you going to do 

  • Prüfung komplexer Stahlbauteile hinsichtlich Geometrie, Form‑ und Lagetoleranzen sowie schweißtechnischer und visueller Anforderungen auf Basis von Zeichnungen und Normen
  • Bedienung von 3D‑Messsystemen sowie Anwendung gängiger Messmittel im Prüfprozess
  • Durchführung und Dokumentation von Erstmusterprüfungen
  • Erstellung und Abwicklung von Lieferantenreklamationen im CAQ‑System
  • Freigabe oder Sperrung von Bauteilen auf Grundlage der Prüfergebnisse

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Industriemechaniker oder vergleichbarer Abschluss notwendig
  • Einschlägige Erfahrung im Bereich Messtechnik oder Qualitätssicherung erforderlich, idealerweise in der Fertigung von Stahl‑ oder Schweißkonstruktionen
  • Kenntnisse in Schweißtechnik, mechanischer Bearbeitung sowie im Umgang mit technischen Zeichnungen und Normen wünschenswert
  • Erfahrung in der Erstbemusterung von Vorteil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS‑Office‑Anwendungen notwendig
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse notwendig
