What are you going to do

Übernahme der Leitung und Koordination anspruchsvoller Entwicklungsprojekte im Bereich Elektronik, Embedded Systems und/oder optischer Messsysteme
Sicherstellung einer effektiven Überführung innovativer Messsysteme in die Serienfertigung
Analyse und Definition komplexer Anforderungen in Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Stakeholdern
Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Ressourcen-, Zeit- und Budgetplänen zur Erreichung der Projektziele
Fachliche Lösung technischer Herausforderungen durch innovative Ansätze und effiziente Lösungen
Steuerung und Koordination von externen Partnern sowie Evaluierung der Entwicklungsfortschritte

Essential skills and knowledge

Abgeschlossen Promotion im Bereich Physik oder einem verwandten Bereich (z.B. Elektronik, Messtechnik)
Alternativ einen Master in Physik und mehrjährige Berufserfahrung
Erfahrung in den Bereichen Messsysteme, Elektronik und/oder Embedded Systems
Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse (C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse
