What are you going to do

Verantwortung für die Konzeption, Steuerung und Umsetzung internationaler After-Sales-Projekte im D2C-Umfeld - von der ersten Idee bis zur erfolgreichen Implementierung
Entwicklung von Prozessen für Retouren, Garantiefälle, Inspektionen sowie für die Analyse von Nicht-Adaptionen und Remote-Troubleshooting
Gestaltung und Aufbau von Target Operating Models, einschließlich Footprint-Analysen für Support- und Servicezentren (physische Produktprüfung, Inhouse- vs. Outsourcing-Bewertungen)
End-to-End Prozessintegration für Ersatzbestellungen und Austauschabläufe
Erstellung und Moderation von Entscheidungsvorlagen für das Management, einschließlich Prozessfreigaben, IT-Infrastruktur-Investitionen, organisatorischem Setup und Customer-Care-Richtlinien
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Stakeholdern, um effiziente, skalierbare und kundenorientierte After-Sales-Prozesse sicherzustellen

Essential skills and knowledge

Abgeschlossenes Masterstudium in Betriebswirtschaft, Supply Chain Management oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich
Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung, idealerweise im D2C-Consumer-Goods-Umfeld
Nachweisbare Erfahrung in Business Development und Projektmanagement sowie in der Entwicklung oder Optimierung von After-Sales- und Customer-Support-Prozessen
Fertigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte kurz und prägnant wiederzugeben
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (C1)
