What are you going to do 

  • Eigenverantwortliche Steuerung und Umsetzung technischer Transformations- und Optimierungsprojekte im Produktionsumfeld
  • Planung, Überwachung und Sicherstellung von Projektzielen hinsichtlich Terminen, Kosten und Qualitätsanforderungen
  • Koordination und Abstimmung aller projektbeteiligten internen Fachbereiche sowie externer Partner
  • Begleitung technologischer Implementierungen von der Konzeptphase bis zur erfolgreichen Inbetriebnahme
  • Identifikation von Projektrisiken sowie Initiierung geeigneter Maßnahmen zur Sicherstellung des Projekterfolgs

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im technischen, ingenieurwissenschaftlichen oder betriebswirtschaftlichen Umfeld
  • Verständnis für moderne Fertigungsprozesse sowie innovative Automatisierungs- und Technologielösungen
  • Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise mit ausgeprägtem Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Kommunikationsstarke und teamorientierte Persönlichkeit mit sicherem Auftreten gegenüber unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse sowie routinierter Umgang mit gängigen digitalen Arbeits- und Projektmanagementwerkzeugen
