Du wirst dich damit beschäftigen, interne und externe Entwicklungs‑ sowie Herstellprozesse effizient miteinander zu verzahnen und anspruchsvolle Lieferantenschnittstellen souverän zu managen. Als zentrale Instanz im Projektumfeld leistest du so einen wesentlichen Beitrag zum erfolgreichen Ablauf der gesamten Produktentstehung.

What are you going to do 

  • Planung, Steuerung, Überwachung und Reporting umfangreicher Beschaffungsprojekte sowie zentrale Koordination der Lieferantenschnittstelle
  • Initiierung, Begleitung und Kontrolle lieferantenseitiger Maßnahmen zur Synchronisation von Entwicklungs‑ und Fertigungsprozessen mit dem internen Produktentstehungsprozess
  • Eigenständiger Aufbau eines wirkungsvollen internen und externen Stakeholdermanagements sowie operative Koordination interdisziplinärer Teams
  • Bereitstellung, Abstimmung und Einführung geeigneter Methoden und Tools für eine strukturierte und effiziente Zusammenarbeit mit Lieferanten
  • Fachliche Führung cross‑funktionaler Teams an der Schnittstelle zu externen Partnern für ein oder mehrere Beschaffungsprojekte
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklung, Qualität, Logistik und Einkauf zur Sicherstellung eines transparenten und zielgerichteten Projektfortschritts

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Mind. 7 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Einkauf, darunter mehrjährige Erfahrung im Projektmanagement komplexer technischer Einkaufsprozesse
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (C1)
  • Internationale Reisebereitschaft
