In dieser Rolle verbinden Sie technische Affinität mit analytischer Stärke und übernehmen Verantwortung für Auswertung, Support und Reporting.

What are you going to do 

  • Mitgestaltung und Weiterentwicklung von KI-basierten Prozessen in der Logistik
  • Einführung und Implementierung dieser Prozesse im täglichen operativen Ablauf
  • Analyse, Monitoring und Controlling der Ergebnisse
  • Kundenservice, Anwenderbetreuung und operativer Support
  • Aufbereitung von Informationen sowie Reporting an die Geschäftsführung

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Logistik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Betriebswirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erste Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit daten- oder KI-basierten Prozessen, idealerweise im logistischen Umfeld
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen sowie sicherer Umgang mit Daten und Kennzahlen
  • Hohe IT-Affinität und idealerweise Erfahrung mit gängigen Analyse- oder Reporting-Tools
  • Strukturierte, eigenständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Serviceorientierung im Umgang mit internen und externen Stakeholdern
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
