What are you going to do 

  • Eigenverantwortliche Leitung von Service-, Revisions-, Instandhaltungs- und Montageprojekten an Kessel-, Rohrleitungs- und Industrieanlagen im Energie- und Kraftwerksumfeld
  • Prüfung von Kundenanfragen hinsichtlich technischer, terminlicher und wirtschaftlicher Umsetzbarkeit
  • Kalkulation und Angebotserstellung für Service- und Instandhaltungsprojekte
  • Planung von Budgets, Ressourcen, Terminen und Montageabläufen
  • Fachliche Führung und Koordination von Bauleitern, Monteuren und Projektteams auf Großbaustellen
  • Steuerung und Überwachung der Projektabwicklung hinsichtlich Kosten, Qualität und Terminen
  • Verantwortung für Arbeitssicherheit sowie die Einhaltung technischer Standards auf Baustellen
  • Durchführung von Projektbesprechungen mit Kunden, Lieferanten und internen Fachbereichen
  • Nachtrags- und Claim-Management
  • Sicherstellung der technischen Dokumentation und ordnungsgemäßen Projektabrechnung
  • Regelmäßige Baustellenpräsenz bei Projekten im Bereich Kraftwerke, Energieerzeugung und industrielle Großanlagen

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Technische Berufsausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum Techniker oder vergleichbarer Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Projektleitung im Rohrleitungs-, Kessel- oder Kraftwerksbau
  • Erfahrung mit Service-, Revisions-, Instandhaltungs- und Montageprojekten an Energie- und Industrieanlagen
  • Baustellen- und Montagekoordination sowie Kosten-, Termin- und Qualitätsverantwortung
  • MS Office, MS Project sowie idealerweise ERP-/Projektmanagementsysteme
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, Führerschein Klasse B und Reisebereitschaft
