What are you going to do 

  • Auftragsvorbereitung inklusive Planbearbeitung, Auslegung der Systeme und Auswahl der Komponenten
  • Mitwirkung bei der Vergabe der Gewerke und Abstimmung mit Nachunternehmern
  • Überwachung von Terminen, Qualität und Kosten während der Projektabwicklung
  • Aufmaßerstellung und Abrechnungsvorbereitung, Durchführung von Abnahmen und Übergabe an den Kunden
  • Gewerkeübergreifende Koordination im Team sowie mit HKLS-Partnern
  • Fachliche Personalverantwortung für das Projektteam (2-6 Mitarbeitende)

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Fachkenntnisse im Bereich der Lüftungstechnik, Verfahrenstechnik oder Maschinenbau
  • Erste Berufserfahrung in der Projektleitung von Vorteil
  • CAD-Kenntnisse idealerweise AutoCAD (MEP)
  • Reisebereitschaft im Großraum Saarland
  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mindestens C1)
  • Kenntnisse in Word, Excel, Access
